TIMIK was engaged to design, construct and supply four Toxic Gas Shelters to accommodate 40 people each. Timik partnered with Minarc Systems to deliver the Chemsafe 40 units. Works included the following:

• Design of Chemsafe 40 units to Yara requirements

• Construction and fitout of the units

• Transportation of the units from Perth to Karratha

• Installation of concrete pads

• Lifting and placing, and securing the units into position

• Connection of the relevant service to the units

• Commissioning of the units

• Training of Yara personnel on the use of the units
