Timik Developments Pty Ltd (TIMIK) was established as a residential builder in 2007 by Tim Fleischer and Kim Janney.

Initially TIMIK’s main focus was in the design and construction of quality brick veneer and colorbond clad homes with an executive fitout. In 2010 TIMIK extended their focus to include commercial projects and then from 2014 TIMIK commenced working with a number of mining/resources companies within the Pilbara Region. During this time TIMIK have been successful in winning over 70 industry awards for both residential and commercial projects.

Having worked and lived in Karratha for many years, with Tim now permanently based in Karratha, Tim and Kim both share the same vision of providing excellence in customer service, quality of work and cost effective solutions. Every TIMIK project includes client access to Tim and Kim, who are heavily involved in all projects from start to finish.

TIMIK operates from its own premises in the LIA area where we have a two-storey office, warehouse and external yard storage. For our residential clients we have a display area where clients can browse a range of products that are available.
