Tim Fleischer

Tim is one of two founding Directors of TIMIK, he is a qualified carpenter with over 24 years in the building industry. Tim is originally from South Eastern Victoria where he spent a number of years building large executive homes. Since moving to Karratha in 2000 Tim has acquired a wealth of knowledge of building in the Pilbara.

Tim is the Construction Manager for TIMIK, and is responsible for the onsite works in Karratha. Tim is the person you are most likely to deal with for your onsite construction requirements including the product, material and colour selections. When required Tim liaises with the designers and engineers to ensure the design and construction exceed your expectations. In 2009 Tim was awarded the MBA Supervisor of the Year for the Kimberley-Pilbara Region.

Kim Janney

Kim is the other founding Director of TIMIK and is a Registered Builder in both WA and QLD. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management.

Kim lived and worked in the Pilbara in the mid nineties and since 2001 has been involved in businesses with the majority of their work in the North West of WA. He has worked in civil construction, commercial and residential building throughout his career.

Kim manages the administration side of the business including, contracts, progress payments, supplier invoices, estimating and pricing of variations. He ensures the business runs like a well oiled machine. Kim also liaises with the designers and engineers to make certain that your house is designed to your requirements. You will deal with Kim in relation to the pricing of your house and the completion of the contract documents

Jos Darvall

Jos joined TIMIK in Feb 2009 as a Construction Supervisor. This position was created due to TIMIK’s growing order book. Jos has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction , including a number of years based in Karratha, making him an asset to the team.

Jos controls all day to day construction activity, co-ordinating the trades, subcontractor and materials for each job. Jos reports directly into Tim Fleischer and they form a formidable team in Karratha.

In 2012 Jos was awarded the MBA Supervisor of the Year
